Acceptance of order The contract in respect of the products supplied by us to you comes into existence when your order has been accepted by us. Payment Goods will only be shipped when full payment has been received. Please see separate information pages on payment methods and delivery. Your right To Cancel You have the right to cancel your order with us at any time before the expiry of 2 days from the day after the date of delivery if the product packaging has not been opened. Return of products already delivered are at your expense. Please also note that if your order has been shipped but not yet received, we are unable to cancel it and therefore return costs are at your expense. If the delivery address refuses delivery of the goods, your order will be returned to us and you will be charged for the return of the order. Please note that returns charges will vary dependant on which courier is used. Wrong Delivery Address Inputted If you provide us with a wrong delivery address and your goods are signed for by another party, britbaby.com cannot be held responsible for any loss you incur as a result. Accessories supplied to co-ordinate with the main product may differ in shade; this is normally caused by the manufacturing process and is not a fault.
